Dried flowers have always been a favorite for many. Their visual appeal is undeniably elegant, and when placed in a decorative setting, they enhance the ambiance. However, traditional dried flowers cannot have essential oils dripped on them, as excessive moisture can lead to mold. Therefore, for this workshop, we've chosen sola wood flowers as the main element. Sola wood flowers are crafted from wood shavings and are excellent for diffusing essential oils!

**Handcrafted Experience and Finished Product**
The finished product will include a dried flower pot with sola wood as the main flower, a 5ML bottle of essential oil, and a hexagonal or octagonal industrial-style stone coaster. You can drip the essential oil onto the sola wood flower or the stone coaster for a diffusing effect. Come and experience it!

・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozidi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along Bo'ai 2nd Road for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Louis Electric Power Company Kaohsiung Plant" on the opposite side. The entrance to the workshop is next to "睦 MARS 創客太空站." Enter the door, walk straight to the end, and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

▶ Important Notes
・If you are registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Failure to complete checkout after placing an order will be considered an unsuccessful registration. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Orders without completed payment will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・Refunds are based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-term Tutoring Classes," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total amount paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total amount paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total amount paid will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. If no alternative session is communicated, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been prepared, refunds and rescheduling will not be accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered as forfeiting their spot.
・To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered as forfeiting their spot.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including the account name and number. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany participants, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or there are special circumstances requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
・Participants must comply with the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional channels in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
