Stitching * Thread colors are chosen freely by the designer. If you have specific preferences, please contact the designer directly for a consultation on available thread colors. * Our studio uses a heat-sealing method to finish threads, resulting in small, rounded marks. This is not a defect. 6. Packaging * In support of environmental sustainability, our studio uses simple paper bag packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 7. Return & Refund Policy * For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. * Customized items with embossed lettering are final sale and cannot be returned. * If no color preference is noted beforehand, returns based on dissatisfaction with the color scheme will not be accepted after delivery. * Refunds requested "before shipment" will be processed in full. * For refunds requested "after shipment," domestic orders will incur a shipping fee of NT$60, which will be deducted from the total order amount. This does not apply to free shipping orders or international orders. 8. Care Instructions * If the leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, do not use a hairdryer, do not enclose it, and keep it away from humid environments like kitchens or bathrooms. * Apply leather care oil every six months. Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility with the leather before applying to the entire piece. 9. Important Notes * Due to the handmade nature of cutting and stitching, slight variations in stitching and dimensions are expected and not considered defects. * Our studio treats the edges of our products with a transparent edge-finishing compound to maintain the natural leather color, preventing discoloration over time. * Leather naturally exhibits variations such as grain patterns, wrinkles, spots, scars, and markings. Our studio incorporates these characteristics into our designs to create unique pieces. Therefore, the presence of these features on your received item is not a defect. If you wish to avoid these natural characteristics, please specify in the "Notes" section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee complete avoidance. * The reverse side of genuine leather may show minor pilling due to friction, which is a natural occurrence and not a defect. * Water stains on leather are normal and will disappear when air-dried in a well-ventilated area. * The leather color will deepen over time with use, depending on individual habits. * Actual product colors may vary slightly from photos due to device settings, screen resolution, lighting, and other factors. 10.
