A: We currently do not offer convenience store pickup or cash on delivery. We use Black Cat's low-temperature frozen home delivery service. Q: What kind of pet photo is required? The depth of color within each theme will be determined by the designer. 【Thawing Instructions】 ‧ We recommend thawing the cake in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before the celebration. If it is still frozen, you can thaw it at room temperature or gently microwave it on low power. Please consume within 2 days after thawing. ‧ Thawing at room temperature takes approximately 1-2 hours. Some water may appear during this process, which is normal. ‧ For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap border is applied during shipping.
