Recommended to store in a cool, dry place. ◆ All cookies are handmade without preservatives. 【Chef Introduction】 Head of Development, Jacky, served as Sous Chef at the renowned two-Michelin-star L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Hong Kong in 2014 (now a three-Michelin-star establishment). In 2016, he apprenticed under Yukio Konishi, a leading authority in Spanish cuisine in Osaka, Japan. Upon returning to Taiwan, Jacky embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, blending his overseas culinary expertise with local Taiwanese ingredients to successfully launch his own "Spanish Farmhouse Cuisine" restaurant. In less than a year and a half, Jacky not only expanded his restaurant but was also featured on the popular food show "Nosey Parker." He was subsequently recognized by the prestigious Singaporean boutique tea restaurant group, TWG, who invited him to develop pastries for their 48 stores across the Asia-Pacific region, taking on the role of Pastry Development Director at their Singapore headquarters. Returning to Taiwan in 2021, Jacky has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to the art of baking. He is committed to bringing a diverse array of delightful creations to the handmade cookie and pastry market, infused with the sincerity of his craft and years of accumulated experience.
