<Care Instructions> For brass: － Prolonged exposure of brass to water may lead to oxidation and discoloration. － The color of oxidized brass will be darker, making it look older. － If brass becomes tarnished as a result of discoloration or oxidation, please use a dry cloth and wipe the jewelry with an acidic solution and put it into a sealed bag. This should restore luster to the brass. － As this product is made with brass and pearl, please simply wipe the brass with tissue, cotton pad or cotton swab to make it shine. For pearl: － Pearl is a fragile material that may get scratched on the surface. Therefore, please DO NOT put pearl and other accessories together. － DO NOT use toothpaste and silver cloth to clean pearls, and avoid cleaning pearls with acids. － Use neutral soapy water to clean the pearl (if necessary). <Production & Shipping Details> －Since we are an one-person studio, I will try my best to respond to your Pinkoi messages within 1–2 working day (excluding holidays). －Every product requires 3–5 working days with holidays excluded. Thank you for your patience. －After your product is made, we will ship the product within 2 days. －For customers in Taiwan, shipment will take 5 to 7 days (holidays excluded). －For customers outside of Taiwan, shipment usually takes 10 to 20 days.
