◢ Course Introduction
Learn about the story of coffee from cultivation to cup, guided by professional baristas. Participants will practically taste (cupping) different varieties, origins, and processing methods, and learn to identify the flavors of defective coffee beans.
◢ Course Outline
1. From coffee cultivation to green beans, roasting, brewing, and into the cup: understand the original form of the coffee beverages we encounter daily.
2. Introduction to coffee cupping.
3. In-depth understanding and tasting of coffee flavors from different varieties (Arabica and Robusta), origins (Africa, Central/South America, Asia, etc.), and processing methods.
4. Introduction to and tasting of coffee defects (green bean defects and roasted bean defects).

1. Course arrangements and content will be adjusted based on duration and depth. The final schedule will be provided after registration. The company reserves the right to modify course arrangements and related content.
2. All necessary equipment, materials, and lunch are provided on-site, along with a gift of half a pound of coffee beans/bag (or a box of drip coffee bags).
◢ Registration Information
Please read the class information and registration notes carefully:
1. If the minimum number of participants is not met (2 for weekdays, 4 for weekends), the class will be canceled. Full refunds will be issued, or participants may opt for rescheduling with the organizer's agreement.
2. Once a class is confirmed, the organizer will create a LINE group for timely updates and learning exchange. Please provide your LINE ID in the order notes to complete your registration.
3. The detailed schedule will be sent to participants before the class. Please adhere to the course guidelines and attend on time, avoiding lateness or early departure.
4. Recording or audio recording during the class is prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to suspend instruction or cancel a participant's enrollment.

◢ Epidemic Prevention Measures
I. If you have cold symptoms, fever, or feel unwell, please postpone your registration and consider other sessions after assessing your condition.
II. To prevent novel coronavirus and comply with government epidemic control measures, lecturers and staff have completed three doses of vaccination. The organizer's course measures are as follows, and all participants must cooperate:
1. During the class, participants must bring their own masks and wear them at all times, except when eating or drinking.
2. Before entry, body temperature will be measured. If the temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius, entry will be denied, and a full refund will be processed.
3. Please use the hand sanitizer provided by the organizer.
4. Class size (including lecturers and staff) will not exceed 6-8 people. The venue is spacious with multiple windows to ensure good ventilation.
5. During cupping instruction, the organizer will provide each participant with an independent cupping table, cupping spoons, ceramic espresso cups, and other related equipment to prevent cross-contamination with other participants.
◢ Refund Process
Coffee classes require significant preparation in advance. If you are unable to attend, please note the following:
I. Refunds
1. After payment and registration, if the class is canceled due to "insufficient enrollment": Participants will be notified 3 days before the class starts, and a 100% refund will be issued.
2. After payment and registration, if unable to attend due to "personal reasons":
・ If notified 6 days before the class starts, a 90% refund of the paid fee will be issued.
・ If notified 5-3 days before the class starts, a 70% refund of the paid fee will be issued.
・ If notified 0-3 days before the class starts, no refund will be issued.
II. Rescheduling
In the event of typhoons, natural disasters, or other irresistible factors, classes will be postponed in accordance with announcements from any Tainan City Government unit. The organizer will notify participants to reschedule the class.
