Inform us of your name, course date, and class time to request a color chart so we can prepare materials in advance.
*To ensure the quality of instruction, the studio is open only to registered participants. Doors open 5 minutes before the start of the course; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 must be accompanied and assisted by one parent throughout the process; there is no additional fee for co-creation.)
*For knitting courses, we cannot provide individual catch-up explanations for late arrivals. Please do not be late, as it disrupts the flow of the course for other students. To protect the rights of other participants, the studio will not allow entry more than 10 minutes after the start time; please reschedule your session.
*Eating is prohibited in the studio. You may bring covered beverages to avoid spills.
*The course will be recorded for brand website marketing materials. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on-site to avoid the camera. If no notification is provided, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and photos containing your likeness and your work.
*The studio operates by appointment only. Once a course is booked, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled on the same day. In the following cases, you may reschedule or transfer your spot once, within a two-month period:
1. Weather factors, such as local government announcements of office or school closures.
2. Unexpected situations, such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the course from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: physical illness or traffic accidents may be discussed.

*The equipment is safe when operated according to guidelines. Participants must strictly follow operating instructions. Dottie Studio is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow these guidelines.
*If equipment malfunctions or acts abnormally, stop using it immediately and inform the staff; do not attempt to fix it yourself. You will be responsible for the cost of any damage resulting from unauthorized operation.
