Kyoto Takekagedo was founded by the first Kingo in the Kansei period (1789-1801). It has been passed down for more than two hundred years. It just started making samurai sword accessories, but there was no title of Takekagedo Eishin at that time. Until the ninth year of Meiji (1876), the fourth generation of Takejiro became the exclusive contractor of imperial articles under the then Prince Arisugawa Palace, and was granted the title of "Takekagedo Eishin". At present, Zhuyingtang Eishin has been handed down to seven generations and four generations. After continuous inheritance and development, it has become a famous Silver and bronze workshop in Japan today.
