Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins, which are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transit, and crafting are also normal and will be accepted as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we cannot (and will not) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are particular.
