Please message us in advance to schedule a pickup time. ・For deliveries within Taipei City and New Taipei City, please select **Express Delivery (Lalamove)** for delivery on your specified date and time. ・For other cities and counties, please select **Refrigerated Delivery**. Outside of special holiday periods, you can specify the delivery date and time. ・For designated delivery dates, refrigerated delivery will be shipped 1-2 days in advance. Logistics services do not operate on Sundays. ***Refrigerated delivery to other counties and cities carries shipping risks. If logistics are delayed or there is turbulence or collision during delivery, the flower gift may be damaged. Please message us with the card content. Messages within 20 characters will be handwritten; 21-50 characters or grand opening cards will be printed. ・Due to the nature of fresh flower products, preparation is required in advance for production. Therefore, orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 5 business days (excluding the delivery day) before the specified delivery date. Cancellations within 5 business days will receive a 30% refund. Pre-order items cannot be canceled after 24:00 on the pre-order closing date. ・For custom requests such as packaging or card color schemes, please contact us via message after placing your order. If we do not hear from you, the designer will make the selection. ・All flowers are natural plants, and their forms vary. During creation, adjustments will be made based on the actual flowers used, and the final product may not be exactly as pictured. ・Flowers are seasonal. In case of temporary stock shortages or poor flower quality, we will substitute with materials of a similar aesthetic effect. ・You can request a completion photo before delivery by noting it in your order. Please confirm within 3 hours of receiving the photo to avoid delaying the shipment. ・Completion photos are for confirming that the product is as ordered. Except for obvious issues such as wilting or bruising, we do not offer changes to flower varieties, flower placement, vases, card colors, or packaging color schemes. If you require last-minute changes, additional charges for flowers or packaging materials will apply, and you will bear the risk of delayed delivery. **| Flower Gift Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the flower type, care methods, and placement environment, typically ranging from 3 to 7 days. ・Upon receiving the bouquet, it is recommended to remove the packaging as soon as possible, place it in a vase, and position it in a cool, well-ventilated area. Cleaning the stems and trimming 2-3 cm every 1-2 days, along with changing the water, can extend the viewing period of the fresh flowers. ・For table arrangements, gift boxes, and basket arrangements, it is recommended to remove the packaging upon receipt. Gently part the flowers and leaves from the back of the arrangement or the edge of the pot, and add water until the water level is 3-4 cm from the edge of the container. Then, simply replenish the water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Humid and direct sunlight environments will shorten the life of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, it is recommended to increase the frequency of water changes for bouquets. For table arrangements, adding 1 drop of bleach to the water can help reduce the growth of microorganisms in the water.
