Please message us to schedule a pickup time. ・For deliveries within the greater Taipei area, please select **Express Delivery (Lalamove)**, which allows for delivery on a specified date and time. ・For other counties and cities, please select **Refrigerated Courier**. Outside of special holidays, you can specify the delivery date and time. ・If a specific delivery date is requested, refrigerated courier shipments will be dispatched 1-2 days in advance. Sunday is not a delivery day for logistics services. ***Refrigerated courier delivery to other counties and cities carries inherent risks. Delays by the logistics provider or damage during transit, such as bumps or collisions, may affect the condition of the floral gift. Cancellations within 5 business days will receive a 30% refund. Pre-ordered items cannot be canceled after 24:00 on the pre-order closing date. ・For customized requests such as specific packaging or card colors, please contact us via message after placing your order. If no contact is received, the designer will make selections based on their best judgment. ・All flowers are natural plants, and their forms may vary. Any last-minute changes requested will incur additional charges for flowers or packaging materials and may result in delivery delays. **| Floral Gift Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies by species, care, and environment, typically ranging from 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving your arrangement, we recommend removing the packaging as soon as possible, placing it in a vase, and positioning it in a cool, well-ventilated area. Cleaning the stems and trimming 2-3 cm every 1-2 days, along with changing the water, can extend the life of your fresh flowers. ・For centerpieces, gift boxes, and baskets, it is recommended to remove the packaging upon arrival. Gently part the leaves and flowers from the back or edges of the arrangement and add water until the water level is 3-4 cm below the container's rim. Replenish water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Hot and sunny environments can shorten the life of fresh flowers. If your indoor temperature is high, consider changing the water more frequently. For centerpieces, adding one drop of bleach to the water can help reduce microbial growth.
