Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and air bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the mug's firing process and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for these situations. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch or remove the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are made through high-temperature firing. Imperfections like specks or small indentations are normal occurrences during the firing process. ● Coaster surfaces may have minor scratches or dust. Approximately 10% variation in the quality of blank coasters may occur batch to batch. The ink absorption in the pores of the coasters varies; particularly with pink or dark colored backgrounds, uneven color blocks or cloudy spots may appear. All the above are considered normal conditions, not defects. Please only order if you accept these possibilities. ● Each set of coasters comes in a paper box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment is possible. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual product colors and proportions may vary slightly. The final product is the definitive item. This product is custom-made. Production time is 7-10 days (excluding holidays), calculated from the day after payment is completed.
