ITEM'S CONDITION: EXCELLENT+ The extension ring looks in very accurately used condition, maybe it was used very short time and very accurately. All functions are available. TECHNICAL FEATURES * Mounting: M42 x 1mm groove (known also as a Pentax screw mount), it can be mounted to other SLR cameras made abroad in 1960-1990 years (Praktica, Chinon, Yashika, Bessaflex etc). * Mounting for modern SLR & dSLR cameras will not bring any trouble with well-spread M42 adapters and with old M42 optics. * Springblend aperture driver for Auto aperture lenses (works with cable release). It will not bring any trouble with simple (non-Auto) lenses. * Adapter for cable release allows to use lenses with AUTO aperture at SLR body without aperture driver. If the body have no such driver, the lens will not close aperture. In turn, some M42 adapters have special border which keep aperture driver of the lens depressed and you can adjust aperture, but you can't operate easy between opened aperture and installed closed aperture. Cable release allows to operate between opened aperture to adjust the sharpness and then to close the aperture to working position. * Made in East Germany at Pentacon plant.
