We ship via airmail from a post office in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. For Asian countries, delivery is expected within 1-2 weeks. (Please note that delays may occur.) We ship using a method with a "tracking number but no insurance." We are not responsible for any loss or damage after shipment. Therefore, weave patterns, seams, colors, and designs may not be uniform like mass-produced items. Furthermore, the dyeing, weaving, embroidery, and sewing techniques of the Karen people are traditional skills passed down as domestic handicrafts rooted in daily life. They differ from professional techniques. While we strive for accuracy, there may be imperfections compared to commercially produced or professionally crafted items.
