● Choose your design → Our artisans will provide hands-on guidance, leading you through the joy of traditional craftsmanship.
The workshop includes engraving, with options for English letters, numbers, and patterns (specific designs are not eligible for engraving).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Size Measurement Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the intended finger comfortably.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at our workshop after completion.

★ 999 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and can be worn while showering. Oxidation speed varies depending on individual body chemistry (pH levels). Tarnished silver can be restored to its original shine with toothpaste, silver polish, or a polishing cloth, making it easy to maintain.

**Care Instructions**
• When not wearing your jewelry, clean it and store it in a sealed bag or its original packaging.
• Avoid wearing silver chains in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
**How to Use Care Products**
★ To restore oxidized or blackened sterling silver, gently brush with a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a cloth or a hairdryer.
Use the polishing cloth in conjunction to restore shine, making your silver look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance, used to wipe metal surfaces.
★ Silver Polishing Solution
1. Dip the silver item into the solution for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the item from the solution and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the item with a cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use the polishing cloth in conjunction to restore shine, making your silver look like new.
Important: Do not immerse jewelry with a vintage black finish into the polishing solution, as it will remove the blackening and revert it to its original silver color.

**Workshops can be booked for one person and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any changes or cancellations to booked workshops must be notified at least three days prior to the scheduled date. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The fee can be transferred towards the purchase of other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for try-on at our workshop. You may exchange your design for one of the same price (subject to material availability). Upgrades to a higher-priced design are possible with a price difference payment; however, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available space if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for try-ons and to avoid delays that may affect your rights and those of others.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If the finished product has irreparable defects due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying based on design complexity. Items can be collected on the same day.
**★ Due to current health regulations, masks are mandatory for entry.**
★ Please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation during the workshop. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will be at your own risk.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be postponed based on government advisories for public safety, and a new date will be arranged.
