How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring Method: Take a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) and wrap it around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then consult the size chart.
● Inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight. The ring can be adjusted at our store after completion.

● To protect your rights, changes to your booking or cancellations must be notified at least three days prior to the scheduled class. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. You may transfer your booking to purchase other products or classes.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. You may exchange your style for one of equal value (subject to material availability).
Upgrades to a higher-priced style are possible with a price difference payment, but exchanges for lower-priced styles are not eligible for refunds.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available classroom space if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for a fitting of sample pieces to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate first and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece has irreparable defects due to improper operation, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● The class duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying based on style complexity. Items can be taken home on the same day.
