Thank you 🙏🏻 ❖** ** 【 About the Flowers 】** • Just as every person is unique, the shape, posture, and size of natural flowers will vary. • Every item is carefully packed, but minor shedding during transit is normal. We appreciate your understanding. • Dream strives to ensure photos reflect the actual product colors; however, differences in screen monitors or import batches may cause slight variations. The actual product color is final; photos are for reference only. If you are particularly sensitive to color variations, we recommend purchasing from a physical store to better meet your needs. **【 About the Glass Dome 】** • The glass is handmade; minor imperfections such as fine scratches, small air bubbles, or uneven edges under lighting are normal traces of the craftsmanship. **❖ Care Instructions ❖** • Preserved & dried flowers are sensitive to moisture and water. Please keep them in a dry, well-ventilated area; the ideal humidity is 50-65%. (High humidity may lead to mold, translucency, or discoloration.) • If the environment is humid, use a dehumidifier or air conditioner. • Avoid direct sunlight, as it may cause the flowers to become brittle or fade. • Depending on the environment, the ideal viewing period is 1-2 years (the flowers will naturally weather and fade over time). **❖ After-Sales Service ❖** - Please record a video while unboxing. If you have any concerns after receiving your item, please reach out via private message instead of leaving negative feedback. Dream values every customer's experience and will do our best to assist you.
