Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or production are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, different batches of leather, or varying storage times can lead to color discrepancies. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors may not be consistent between previous and subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period.
