After completion, pieces need to be fired in an electric kiln for color setting, so they cannot be taken on the same day!
Finished pieces will be ready for pickup or shipping approximately 2-4 weeks after firing. You can schedule a time with the instructor for studio pickup or choose convenience store shipping (shipping and packaging fee: $100).

[Workshop Cancellation Policy]
Upon payment, if you are unable to attend, you may request a refund through the order system. However, a 30% service fee based on the activity price will be charged. As preparations for venue and materials must be made ten days in advance, cancellations are not accepted from the day before the event up to ten days prior.
* For cancellations notified ten days prior to the workshop (excluding the workshop day), the full amount will be refunded after deducting the service fee.
* Cancellations made within ten days prior to the workshop are not accepted. You may transfer your spot or reschedule once. Please inform us and provide the name and contact information of the substitute participant.
* If you choose to terminate your participation during the workshop for reasons not attributable to the organizer (e.g., deciding you don't want to continue halfway through, feeling unwell, etc.), no refund will be issued.
* Rescheduled workshops are not eligible for cancellation.
* Date changes are not accepted 3 days before and on the day of the workshop. If you change your mind on the day, it will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and no refund will be provided.
📌 We will reschedule for you in the following situations:
⚠️ In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), based on the suspension of work and classes announced by the Tainan City Government four hours before the scheduled time. If your city is subject to related restrictions, please inform us in advance.
⚠️ Due to other force majeure factors (e.g., power outages / equipment failure) that prevent the workshop from proceeding.

1. Due to high demand, please inquire about availability before placing your order.
2. Workshop times are based on the scheduled times in this table. If adjustments are needed, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
3. Overtime incurs an additional fee of $250 per hour, calculated as a full hour for any part thereof.
4. For those who arrive late due to personal reasons, if the work cannot be completed within the allotted time, extra time will not be granted, and overtime fees will apply.
5. Participants under 12 years of age may be accompanied by a parent.
6. To avoid delaying the teaching progress and infringing upon the rights of other participants, please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance.
7. To maintain teaching quality, classes are limited to 4 people and are for individual participation only. Companions are not permitted.
8. Finished pieces require firing in an electric kiln for color setting, and will be shipped or available for studio pickup in approximately 2-4 weeks.
