Original Taiwanese Dong Ding is recognized by its distinct smoked flavor which obtained by applying old traditional methods of roasting. The uniqueness of Dong Ding flavor is reached by special technique where leaves are baked using traditional oven and charcoal. Comparing with roasting made using modern machines, this process takes more time and effort. Tea master applies skills accumulated by previous generations to achieve the best quality in the outcome. It works well as a tea for daily brewing. A low-oxidized oolong is lightly baked what helps it to keep the fresh floral aroma and creamy scent. When brewing Cui Yu the pleasant creamy start is replaced by a floral and nutty aftertaste, which remains for several minutes on the tip of your tongue. This tea showcases a light floral aroma while having an elegant creamy and buttery profile. Jade Oolong is brewed at 90°C for 3-4 minutes reusing the leaves multiple times, for best results, we suggest Gong Fu brewing: 5-7 grams per 180-240 ml teapot at 90°C: the 1st infusion is 20 seconds with additional 20-40 seconds to each further infusion.
