Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or crafting are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this if you are concerned. While not as perfect as machine-produced items, handmade products possess a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages and is used, it develops personal scratches and a patina, becoming deeper and more lustrous, revealing a unique appearance that is characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather. This is what makes each leather piece so special and captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color variations occur due to different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide absorbing dye differently. The color will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
