Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring hooks are typically made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the common nickel-chromium alloy found in mass-produced items. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, there should be no issues with allergies. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience allergies after wearing them? A: If you still experience allergies after wearing the earrings, it may be due to several factors: 1. Personal hygiene: Insufficient disinfection before and after wearing. 2. Environmental factors: Air quality, dirt, sweat, etc. 3. Individual constitution: Acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells that may react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives. Ear sensitivity can have many causes, and the earring hook material is not always the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for clarity and to protect both parties' rights. We have been crafting jewelry since 2016 and have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings without any reported allergy issues. Can they be converted later? What is the cost? A: Yes, we offer basic after-sales service. "Ear Post to Clip-on (Free)" "Clip-on to Ear Post (Free)" Simply send the item back to us, along with $35 NTD for return postage or cash. ⚠️ We will not ship the converted item without the return postage or cash. Is it really made of paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic technology is not yet advanced enough to create such intricate items. These are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting, providing basic water resistance (meaning you don't need to worry about high humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long will it take to ship after I place my order? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays when we are at markets. As we often participate in markets and events, and postal services are closed on weekends, all our items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
