Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in the market, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus avoiding allergy issues. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still get an allergic reaction while wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it's likely due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual susceptibility (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that may reject metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, and it's not solely due to the ear post material. We recommend getting an allergy test at a hospital to clarify the cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we started crafting accessories in 2016, we've sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Is it really paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current acrylic technology cannot create such intricate items. Ours are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (like humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities such as showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long after ordering will it take to ship? A: Production & Shipping: Monday to Friday No Shipping: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays As we often participate in markets and events, and postal services do not operate on weekends, all shipments are sent out between Monday and Friday.
