【Customization method】
1. After placing an order, please provide 1-3 front-facing portrait photos. The photos should be as clear as possible and avoid special effects. Try not to take selfies at too high an angle.
2. Please provide photos of the clothing, hairstyle or posture to be drawn. Sitting posture is not recommended for full-body photos.
3. You can add a person’s name or a short text, but you cannot specify the font for handwriting.
4. A draft will be provided about 3-10 days after the discussion is completed. The draft can be modified once. Please also confirm whether the content is correct. No modification will be accepted after the draft is confirmed.
5. Once the sketch is finalized, production will begin (about one and a half to two months) and we will not notify you again until it is completed and shipped.
Note:
1. The sketch is a black and white hand-painted draft. The plate is handmade and hand-glazed. There will definitely be some slight differences from the sketch, and the size will be about ±0.5cm. Please pay attention before placing an order.
2. There will be no color draft. If there is no special color requirement, it will be directly configured according to the design, or drawn with a similar color.
3. Customized works may be exposed on platforms such as FB and IG. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be exposed.
4. Due to the non-realistic painting style and ceramic limitations, it is impossible to draw it very similarly. If you are concerned about the similarity, it may not be suitable for production.
5.7-inch and 8.3-inch are shallow plates, suitable for dessert plates; 8.5-inch is a deep plate, suitable for food with soup (more practical).
6. For sizes of 8.3 inches and 8.5 inches, if you want to draw a half-body, the price remains the same, but the text can be added.
7. Handmade products may have some imperfections, such as spots, glaze shrinkage, chips, non-round plates, etc. If they do not affect the picture too much, they will not be judged as defective products. (Photo attached below)
8. The finished product is made by high-temperature firing. If there is an error in the text, it cannot be repaired, so please be sure to determine the content at the sketch stage.
9. Because it is a one-person job, the production time needs to be coordinated with the kiln firing, and there is no way to give an accurate completion time, so we do not accept rush orders.
