Silver, copper, and wires should avoid contact with moisture and other chemicals. Do not apply excessive force or pull on the main body of the jewelry, as this may cause damage. ◟ Maintenance Silver and copper can be polished with a silver polishing cloth to restore their luster. For pearls and gemstones, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild soapy water solution for cleaning. After wearing each day, it is recommended to gently wipe with a dry cloth before storing in a ziplock bag to keep them dry and minimize oxidation and tarnish. You may also send them to us periodically for professional maintenance. ◟ After-Sales Service All items come with a 6-month warranty covering deformation, detachment, or breakage of ear posts or clips. Repairs for the main components and round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Repair appointments are required; please inquire about availability in advance. If the damage is determined to be due to obvious human misuse or excessive force, the warranty will not apply. ◟ Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are non-returnable unless there was a shipping error or a clear defect. For other items, we accept exchanges for size issues only once. If the desired size is out of stock, an exchange will not be possible, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
