The colors feature a blue-green gradient, sometimes with a milky or grayish, almost jade-like texture. Some stones lean towards blue, others towards green, and they may also exhibit black veining. This particular type of Chrysocolla is sometimes referred to as Quantum Quattro, which is a blend of four copper-bearing minerals: Plancheite, Chrysocolla, Lungite, and Malachite. Chrysocolla of this kind is one of the natural stones I wear frequently. For me, it symbolizes healing and connecting with one's inner self. (The combination of Chrysocolla and Aurora Quartz is a powerful healing pairing; those who are meant to find it will understand.) Diopside is nicknamed the "Stone of Tears."
