Please do not pre-adjust for looseness or tightness. Due to the handmade nature, we aim for an approximate 1cm allowance for flexibility. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, kindly leave a note when ordering. ❤️ ●● The string is a consumable material; natural wear and loosening over time are normal. Regular string replacement is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● A 1-month warranty is provided. If the bracelet experiences issues such as loosening or breakage during wear, we offer complimentary re-stringing (you will only be responsible for round-trip shipping fees). ● Should the string become worn over time and require replacement, a service fee of NT$100 plus round-trip shipping costs will apply. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and service fee of NT$200 plus round-trip shipping costs will be charged. (Replacement of main charms or special accessories will be quoted separately based on the specific item). Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may exhibit internal ice cracks, fissures, cotton-like inclusions, mineral deficits, or symbiotic minerals; these are considered normal characteristics. ● All product images are captured from actual items. To maintain their luster, minimize surface scratches. With proper care, the color can be preserved for several months, or even longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● The string on crystal bracelets may occasionally become visible due to handling or pulling. Simply slide the beads to tuck the string back in.
