【Bracelet Size Adjustment】
Returns within 10 days are eligible for one free adjustment. You will only be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. For subsequent adjustments or returns after 10 days, a service fee of NT$100 plus round-trip shipping costs will apply.
【Elastic Cord Replacement】
Enjoy free cord replacement within the first year, with you covering the round-trip shipping costs.
After one year, a service fee of NT$30 plus round-trip shipping costs will be charged.
【Accessory Replacement | Restringing】
A service fee of NT$150 applies, with material costs calculated separately.
Please note that natural stones may vary in appearance or availability with each batch. If a specific stone is out of stock, we may not be able to complete the repair.
