Computer screen displays can also show color differences. The actual product color will prevail. If you are concerned, please send us a private message to inquire beforehand. ◌ During production, we will do our best to avoid areas with blood vessels, insect marks, or brands. Leather, like skin, has natural patterns that are not defects. ◌ Please note that custom orders, unless defective, cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment. Please read the notes carefully before placing an order. ✷ Care Instructions ◌ The natural oils on your skin act as a natural conditioner for leather goods. Using them frequently is the best way to care for them! ◌ If using other conditioners (e.g., shoe polish), it is recommended to apply a small amount to a scrap piece of leather and let it sit for a while to test if the conditioner is compatible with the leather. ◌ Leather and water do not mix. If it gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cotton cloth and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not use a hairdryer or direct sunlight, as this may cause deformation or deterioration. ◌ Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause tanning marks and discoloration, which is normal. ◌ Please store leather goods in a cool, ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight, humidity, and stuffy environments.
