1. Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days.
3. Within 5 days of submitting an exchange request, please ship the complete item back (the item must be unused and include all original packaging and accessories), and notify us of the tracking number via site message.
4. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items for exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item.
5. We will ship the requested replacement item within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
