Slight variations in color and shape will occur between items of the same design due to the dyeing and shaping process. Please place your order only if you are comfortable with this. ✔️ All items are inspected for damage, thoroughly cleaned, and disinfected before shipping. You can use them with peace of mind! 🌿 Leather Accessory Care 1. Avoid placing accessories in humid environments such as bathrooms or restrooms. 2. After wearing, gently wipe with a dry cloth and store in a sealed bag or box to maintain dryness. 3. Lightly apply leather conditioner to the leather surface to keep it moisturized and prevent dryness or cracking. 🌿 Item Repair With the exception of metal breakage (e.g., broken ear hooks or clips), discoloration, or missing parts, other accessory issues can be repaired either on our market days or via mail. Shipping costs for repairs must be borne by the buyer. For missing materials or more complex repairs, a small fee for labor and materials will be charged. 🌿 Not Considered Defects 1. Color Difference: Computer screen displays may have slight variations. The actual product color is the standard. 2. Bent Ear Hooks/Clips: The material is delicate. Our shipping staff will confirm the condition of ear hooks/clips before dispatch. Slight bending due to shipping impact is normal and can be self-adjusted. Alternatively, adjustments can be made at our market stall during monthly events. 3. Natural Leather Grain: Each piece of cowhide has its unique grain and color depending on its location and treatment. 4. Size Error: Manual measurements may result in slight errors. An error margin of within 0.5 cm is considered reasonable.
