Stitching • The designer will select thread colors freely. For specific requests, please contact the designer directly for color options. • The studio uses a heat-sealing method to finish threads, resulting in small, round marks. This is not a defect. 9. Laser Engraving • Choose from 8 options. • If not specified, Chinese characters will use "KaiTi" font, and English will use "Apple Chancery" font. • You can also create your own design and send it as a JPG or BMP file to the designer for discussion. • Please note that laser-engraved text may be less visible on darker leather colors. Packaging • In support of environmental protection, the studio uses simple paper bag packaging. We appreciate your understanding. 12. Returns & Refunds Policy • For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. • Customized items (with laser engraving) are not eligible for return. • If color selection is not specified, returns based on "dislike of color combination" will not be accepted after delivery. • Full refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made "before shipment." • For cancellation requests made "after shipment," domestic orders will incur a $60 TWD shipping fee. The refund amount will be the total order value minus $60 TWD. This does not apply to free shipping orders or international orders. 13. Care Instructions • If the item gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, blow dryers, stuffy environments, and humid areas like kitchens or bathrooms. • Apply leather conditioning oil every six months. Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility with the leather before applying to the entire item. 14. Important Notes • Due to the handmade nature of the product, slight variations in stitching and dimensions are expected and are not considered defects. • The studio treats raw edges with a transparent finishing agent to maintain the natural leather color, preventing discoloration over time. • Natural leather may have variations in texture, wrinkles, spots, scars, or markings. The studio incorporates these as unique design elements. Therefore, such characteristics are not defects. If you wish to avoid these, please note your preference in the order remarks. While efforts will be made to accommodate, complete avoidance cannot be guaranteed. • It is natural for the back of genuine leather to produce small amounts of leather dust from friction; this is not a defect. • Water stains on leather are normal and will dry naturally in a ventilated area. • The leather color will deepen over time with personal use. • Actual product colors may vary slightly due to device, screen resolution, and lighting conditions. 15.
