• Children aged 14 and above can attend the course individually

• The course is "for single-player only" and there is no option to share (except for 7-13 year olds who must share)

【Payment】
• Once payment is completed, the registration is successful
• After the order is sent, if the payment is not completed immediately, the quota will be reserved for 2 hours;

【Before class】
• Confirm the design and shape of the work (square, round or irregular) 3 days before the class.
• If you want to make a "plush mirror", please let us know when confirming the artwork;
You can bring your own mirror (size needs to be confirmed according to the picture) or purchase it for 200 yuan
• To ensure the progress of the course, no artwork review will be provided on site, please be sure to confirm with us in advance

【Artwork】
• Artwork Format:
Electronic file or hand-drawn picture
＊The studio does not provide drawing or design services; however, we can provide advice to help you find suitable artwork.
(If you want to make a pet at home, you can help change the existing artwork to the color of your pet or make some minor modifications)
• Artwork suggestions:
Simple "smooth lines" and "large blocks of color" are more suitable for beginners. Please avoid too many details, gradients or 3D effects.
• Artwork restrictions:
The studio will assist you in confirming the feasibility and difficulty of the artwork. The difficulty of the artwork greatly affects the production time. If the evaluation artwork cannot be completed within the course time, please replace or omit details according to the suggestions.
• If you need inspiration, we recommend searching for "Tufting" or "Tufting Mirror" on Pinterest or Instagram

＊Students do not need to draw in class. The teacher will project the line drawing on the tufted cloth before class.

【School Days】
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts (the classroom door will open 10 minutes before class starts)
• Please be on time and do not be late
＊If you are late for more than 30 minutes on the class day, it will be considered as absence, and the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited
• Black Cat Store Manager’s special reminder:
The studio has a passionate black cat manager who may come to rub against you. If you are not comfortable with cats, it is recommended that you first evaluate whether to participate in the course
• During the course, we will take some photos and videos to record the course progress and learning atmosphere.
Please note that these photos and videos may be used for public display, including but not limited to social media, websites, promotional materials, etc.
If you do not want your image to be published or used for promotional purposes, please inform us before the course begins.
We respect the personal privacy of every student and will strictly abide by your requirements to ensure that your images will not be disclosed or used.

【Timeout regulations】
• The studio will not charge any overtime fees, but the overtime limit is "up to 30 minutes"
• If the time exceeds 30 minutes, students can take the unfinished work away
＊Generally speaking, students can complete the pattern yarn making part within the course time, and the remaining subsequent base fabric trimming can be done by themselves at home using scissors.
• You can also ask a teacher to do it for you (a $500 work fee will be charged, and shipping costs will be charged separately)

【Rescheduling Policy】
Please note: once the reservation is made, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us for confirmation at least 7 days before the class day.
- If you request to reschedule your class 3-7 days before the class date, a rescheduling fee of $500 will be charged. The fee will be charged when the rescheduling is confirmed.
- No rescheduling request will be accepted within 72 hours before the class. Students can transfer their place to others so that they can attend the class as scheduled.
- If you apply and meet the above conditions, you can reschedule your class once, and you can only make up the class within [two months] after the original class date.
• If a typhoon or other extreme weather conditions prevent the class from starting on the scheduled date, we will contact you to arrange a make-up class.
