Crafted with dried flowers and preserved sola wood flowers. Sola wood flowers can be used with perfume as a diffuser. 2. For products featuring sola wood flowers, a subtle fragrance oil will be applied before shipping, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant aroma upon receiving your flowers. 3. If you wish to have a card handwritten, please leave a note (within 30 characters) when placing your order. 《Care Instructions》 1. Both dried and preserved flowers require a well-ventilated, dry environment. Avoid contact with water and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or strong light, as light can accelerate color fading. 2. In humid weather, some preserved floral materials may appear translucent. It is recommended to use a dehumidifier to maintain the dryness of the flowers. 3. To remove dust from your arrangement, use the lowest setting on a hairdryer to gently blow the dust away. 4. If mold appears on the flowers, spray with alcohol, wipe clean, and allow to air dry. Please discard severely moldy floral materials to prevent affecting other healthy blooms. 《Packaging》 Items will be shipped securely in a cardboard box with bubble wrap for protection. Table flower arrangements include gift box packaging. 《Order Notice》 As floral materials are natural plants, perfection in every bloom is not possible, and each arrangement will not be exactly identical. Floral availability is seasonal; in case of shortages, suitable alternative flowers will be used. Please trust the designer's expertise; we design every item with professionalism and aesthetic sensibility. 《After-Sales Service》 1. Table flower arrangements are packaged with the utmost care for transit. Minor shedding of dried flowers during shipping is natural and should be acceptable before placing your order. 😊 2. If the item is severely damaged during transit, please message the designer immediately for a replacement. 3. For large table flower arrangements, shipping will exclusively be via "Express Delivery" or "HCT Courier." Self-pickup is also highly welcomed.
