Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly, preserving the unique markings and natural variations from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor pressure marks or scratches may occur, which are considered normal within acceptable limits if the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While it may not be as perfectly uniform as machine-produced items, it possesses a delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop its own unique patina, deepening in color and developing a lustrous sheen. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, there can be variations in leather color due to different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide that absorb dye differently. Colors may not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appraisal period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is a **"made-to-order customized product."** Please specify your custom requests such as "stitching color" and "engraved text and font" when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "engraved text" left blank. Since each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-engraved). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" are not subject to a 7-day appraisal period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/too tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
