Phalaenopsis orchids typically last for about a month, though this may vary by species. Proper care according to your environment can help extend their bloom period. Fresh flowers and plants are perishable. Minor imperfections such as slight damage or scuffs may occur during preparation and delivery. Such minor flaws are considered within acceptable limits. In the event of a shortage of a specific flower color or variety, we will substitute a similar type to maintain the integrity and aesthetic of the design. Delivery Methods For areas near or within the Shuangbei region: Delivery will be made on the same day via Lalamove courier or by our staff. For areas further from Shuangbei or other counties/cities: Delivery will be made the day before the scheduled delivery date via HCT (Homeplus Courier Service). (Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available, and delivery times are subject to the driver's route. We recommend scheduling delivery for an earlier date.) Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure that the recipient's name and phone number are accurate, and that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or inability to contact the recipient.
