Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced jewelry, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If an allergic reaction occurs after wearing, it may be due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells may react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many potential causes for ear allergies, and the ear post material is rarely the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for a comprehensive understanding of the cause, which also protects both parties' rights. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for such intricate designs using acrylic. Our pieces are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (like humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after I place an order? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No Shipping - We attend markets) As we primarily operate through markets and events, and postal services do not deliver on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
