The frame is a unique, equilateral triangle. Two thin plates called "chigiri" are inserted into each corner to enhance strength, also serving as a design accent. The movement is a SEIKO sweep type. Unlike the ticking step type, the sweep type operates smoothly and silently. It's ideal for creating a tranquil space, such as a bedroom.
