**| Cancellation Policy |**
・To protect your rights, a 30% handling fee (of the total original price) will be charged for refund requests made after payment.
・Cancellations are not accepted from 7 days before the class starts until the day of the class. However, you may reschedule by paying an additional 30% of the total original price for venue and instructor fees. Rescheduling is only permitted for Tuesday to Thursday slots, excluding public holidays and long weekends. (Refer to the rescheduling policy below for details).
(Calculation Example | For a class on May 9th, May 1st is the latest date for free rescheduling.)
**| Lateness Policy |**
・Entry begins 5 minutes before the event. Participants who are absent or arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to join the class and will not receive a refund. For group bookings, the arrival of one participant does not represent the entire group; if anyone arrives more than 10 minutes late, they will not be able to participate. The class will be considered canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
(This class is a single-session experience focusing on hands-on creation, requiring a certain amount of time to complete the work. Lateness beyond the grace period will affect the quality of the class and the rights of other participants.)
**| Rescheduling Policy |**
・If you request to reschedule more than 7 days before the class, one free rescheduling is permitted. (Calculation Example | For a class on May 9th, May 1st is the latest date for free rescheduling.)
・From 7 days before the class until the day of the class, rescheduling is possible by paying an additional 30% of the total original price for venue and instructor fees. Rescheduling is only permitted for Tuesday to Thursday slots, excluding public holidays and long weekends.
・Rescheduled events are non-refundable and do not apply to the lateness refund policy. Late arrivals for rescheduled classes will not be refunded.
・If you need to reschedule, please contact "M" via our dedicated page immediately.
**| Other Matters |**
・Participants aged 8 and above are eligible to register. Children under 8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・Only ticket holders may participate in the experience. Unpaid companions are not permitted to observe or share a creation. If two people wish to create one piece together, the full fee for two experience classes will be charged.
・The class emphasizes free creative expression through hands-on work. Due to variations in individual hammering techniques and angles, each piece of jewelry will have its own unique appearance, which may differ from the provided samples.
**| Special Notice |**
· In case of rain, traffic congestion, or if you are unfamiliar with the location, please depart early to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.
・Photos and videos will be taken during the experience class and provided to participants afterward. They will also be uploaded to the brand's Facebook fan page and Instagram for promotional use in event recaps and other recruitment channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us on-site before the event.
