**PLEASE NOTE Workshop Regulations**
**| Cancellation Policy |**
・To protect your rights, a 30% service fee (of the original total price) will be charged for refund requests made after payment.
・Cancellations are not accepted from 7 days before the workshop to the day of the workshop. However, you may reschedule by paying an additional 30% of the original total price for venue and instructor fees. Rescheduling is only available for Tuesdays to Thursdays, excluding public holidays and long weekends. (Refer to the "How to Reschedule" section below for details).
(Example calculation | For a 5/9 workshop, 5/1 is the last day for free rescheduling)
**| Lateness Policy |**
・Entry begins 5 minutes before the activity. Participants who do not arrive or are more than 10 minutes late for the workshop will not be admitted and are not eligible for a refund. For group bookings, the arrival of one person does not represent the entire group. Those arriving more than 10 minutes late will also not be permitted to join the workshop. The session will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
(This workshop is a single-session experiential and hands-on class requiring a certain amount of time to complete the artwork. Lateness exceeding the allowed time will affect the quality of the workshop and the rights of other participants.)
**| How to Reschedule |**
・If you request to reschedule more than 7 days before the workshop, you may do so once for free. (Example calculation | For a 5/9 workshop, 5/1 is the last day for free rescheduling)
・From 7 days before the workshop to the day of the workshop, rescheduling is possible with an additional charge of 30% of the original total price for venue and instructor fees. Rescheduling is only available for Tuesdays to Thursdays, excluding public holidays and long weekends.
・Rescheduled sessions are not eligible for cancellation or the lateness refund policy. Late arrivals for rescheduled sessions are not eligible for any refunds.
・If you need to reschedule, please contact "M" via our official page immediately.
**| Other Matters |**
・Participants aged 8 and above are eligible to register. Participants under 8 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・Only ticket holders may participate in the workshop. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or observe the workshop. Two participants cannot share one creation kit; if two people wish to create one item together, the fees for two individual workshops will be charged.
・The workshop emphasizes free expression through handcrafting. Due to individual differences in hammering techniques and angles, each piece of jewelry will have its unique appearance, which may differ from the provided samples.
**| Special Notice |**
・In case of rain, traffic congestion, or if you are unfamiliar with the location, please depart early to account for any unforeseen circumstances.
・Photos and videos will be taken during the workshop and provided to participants afterward. These will also be uploaded to the brand's Facebook page and Instagram for promotional purposes, such as event recaps and recruitment channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us on-site before the event.
