Began studying jade carving in Taipei in 1988. 2000: Awarded an honorable mention in the Craft category at the 14th Nanying Art Exhibition; participated in a jade exhibition at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in August. 2001: Invited to the Hualien International Arts Festival to perform live carving in the local creation area. 2002: Selected for the "Dream of Craftsmanship" award at the 10th Taiwan Craft Design Competition. 2003: Invited by the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute to exhibit at the Presidential Office's "Taitung Local Exhibition." 2005: Invited by the National Taiwan Museum to participate in an exchange exhibition at the National Museum of the Czech Republic with indigenous carving works, titled "Thousand Faces of Formosa Exhibition." 2013: Exhibited at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in the "Cross-Strait Jade Carving Masters Exchange Exhibition," selected to exhibit in the Taiwan Jade Master area. 2016: Invited by the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute to exhibit at the Presidential Office Gallery in the "Gathering: Sustainable Craft Exhibition" alongside Taiwanese craft masters. 2018: Held a solo exhibition "Hsieh Chung-Jen's 30 Years of Jade Carving – The Continuation of Culture" at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. **Important Notes** ※ Product photos may exhibit color variations due to differences in display screens.
