Hong Kong Carrot x Meatless
"Tian Yi", one of the organizers of Hong Kong Carrot, has cooperated with vegetarian restaurant "Meatless" to launch "Vegetarian Hong Kong Carrot Cake" for the third year. It is made of Chishui daikon radishes grown by local farmers in an environmentally friendly manner. Thick-skinned radish strips are thickly sliced. They are steamed with fresh mushrooms and rich vegetable broth to preserve the original umami taste of daikon radish!
