Head Circumference: Fits 54-57 cm (standard adult head size) If your head circumference is: 53 cm: It will be slightly loose. Comfortable for all-day wear, but if you prefer a snugger fit, a custom order is recommended. 57 cm: It will feel snug. If you dislike a tight fit, a custom order is recommended. Gently rub with laundry detergent or soap. If stained with makeup, use makeup remover to wipe it off first, then wash with detergent. (Do not use bleach.) If you are short on time, place the headband in a laundry bag before machine washing. As the material is pure cotton, it "wrinkles easily." After spinning or wringing, be sure to "shake it out and lay it flat to dry." (Avoid direct sunlight, as it is not ideal for cotton fibers.) * If the fabric is very wrinkled, you can place a thin piece of cotton cloth over the headband and iron it flat with a 100°C iron.
