Direct Message for Discussion → Quote → Place Order → Layout Confirmation (No Draft) → Production Schedule (7 Working Days) → Final Product Photo Confirmation → Shipping

Standard: Ships within 7 working days.
Rush Orders: Ships the next day!! Please message us first to inquire.
1. Simply provide us with a photo for the cover, and we'll create a personalized card.
2. Inner Page Options:
- Blank inner page.
- Blank inner page + 2 waterfall cards (fits 8 photos).
- Blank inner page + 1 slider card + 1 waterfall card (fits 6 photos).
- Blank inner page + 2 slider cards (fits 4 photos).
- Postcard style.
- For other styles, feel free to screenshot any examples you like and send them to customer service via direct message.
3. Photo Printing and Pasting Service:
Photo Printing: Photos are complimentary with card purchase, printed with a composite inkjet photo printer. You can also provide your own printed photos.
Photo Pasting: Photos will be pasted in a random order. If you have specific placement requests, the space will be left for you to paste them.
4. Sizes: Standard sizes include A4 (opens to A3), A5 (opens to A4), A6 (opens to A5). For other sizes, please message customer service.
5. Colors: All colors can be chosen by you (message us for a color chart). If you're unsure, we can help you with color matching.

2. Unclaimed Packages Policy:
Malicious refusal to accept customized orders may result in civil liability. The shop owner will pursue legal action.
Customized products are non-refundable (as they are made exclusively for you after discussion).
3. After-Sales Service:
Upon receiving your order, please record a video of the unboxing process!! Any issues reported after 24 hours will not be processed.
