Please note: Once the design phase for your stamp has begun, orders cannot be cancelled for any reason. If there is no response within three days of receiving the draft, the stamp will be sent for printing. Once printed and shipped, no further amendments can be made. After you have confirmed the draft and no issues have been found, no further modifications are possible. To refill the ink, please purchase ink specifically designed for photosensitive stamps. Refill Instructions: 1. Apply ink drops directly onto the stamp design. Applying small amounts repeatedly will aid better absorption. Excessive ink may seep into crevices, potentially soiling the stamp. 2. Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for absorption, or until the ink appears dry. Do not tilt the stamp while it is absorbing ink. 3. Blot any excess undried ink onto tissue paper or a plain sheet of paper. 4. Gently blot the area around the design to remove any remaining excess ink until it appears clean. By default, orders will be filled with blue ink unless otherwise specified. We offer black, blue, red, and purple ink. If you prefer not to have blue ink, please remember to specify your desired color in your order notes. Casing colors are sent at random. Please note that actual ink colors may vary slightly in shade due to photographic reproduction, monitor settings, and manufacturer batches. We kindly ask for your understanding before placing an order. We will not provide individual notifications regarding minor variations in ink shade.
