Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● During the firing process of the mug's raw materials, slight firing marks and air bubbles on the curved edges are unavoidable and cannot be processed as returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. ● When washing, please do not use abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these will cause scratches and peeling of the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections such as inclusions or small pits that occur during firing are considered normal. ● The coaster surface may have minor scratches or dust. The quality of the blank material for each batch can vary by approximately 10%. The ink absorption in the coaster's pores may differ, especially for pink or dark colored designs, which can result in uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. All these situations are considered normal and not defects. Please accept these conditions before placing your order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes with a paper box. The anti-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment is unavoidable. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may have slight variations; the actual finished product will prevail. This product is custom-made. Production time is calculated starting from the day after payment is completed and requires 7-10 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. All products in this store are custom-made. Production will only begin after payment is completed.
