Each arrangement is meticulously handcrafted by our floral artists, one stem at a time. We strive to replicate the image as closely as possible. However, as flowers are naturally grown, there will be individual variations, and angles may be adjusted as needed. If a specific flower is out of stock, we will use similar materials as a replacement. (The main flower will be crafted according to the image, while accent flowers may be adjusted based on the season.) [ About Shipping ] Flowers are delicate, and we take the utmost care to ensure safe packaging. However, slight collisions during transit are sometimes unavoidable. We highly recommend opting for courier delivery to minimize the risk of damage. A small amount of fallen flower petals or leaves, or minor imperfections, are considered normal. ● Table arrangements, potted flowers, and flower baskets will be shipped with a complimentary display-ready transparent gift box. The base of the arrangement will be secured with double-sided fabric tape (removable and does not affect the vase). We strongly recommend choosing courier delivery. !!! We earnestly advise against choosing 7-11 delivery!!! (We cannot control the risk of the package being placed on its side, mishandled, or impacted during transit.)
