Whispers of Flowers Washi Tape When designing this series of washi tapes for postal use, I kept thinking about what could carry a multitude of messages to fit the theme. Finally, I thought of flowers. We often express a great deal of emotion by sending flowers – for gratitude, apologies, congratulations, or simply everyday whispers. Coupled with the fact that flowers themselves often have their own language, I chose flowers to design this message-carrying washi tape. The somewhat casual and expressive strokes of oil pastels, along with the handwritten-style text, complete this message on paper – Message.
