If machine washing, please place the garment in a laundry bag before washing. Air dry naturally after washing. We advise washing dark and light colors separately and avoiding bleach. Wrinkles are a natural characteristic of linen after washing. Gently smooth the fabric after washing and before drying, then iron at a high temperature to restore its smoothness. About Comme forêt: We began with a vision of natural and fresh style apparel. Our designs are original, from concept to pattern making. We prototype and refine using two home sewing machines, sometimes collaborating with a skilled seamstress. Production is intentionally small-scale and locally made in Taipei, aiming to recapture the beauty of handcrafted garments. We design comfortable and elegant clothing, driven by the same intention as making clothes for ourselves, family, or friends – we only create pieces we would want to wear ourselves.
