If contact with water occurs, beaded necklaces should be thoroughly air-dried before being stored in their packaging. ・The hardware for our pieces is primarily stainless steel, with gold plating applied to steel for gold-toned items. ・The materials for metalwork pieces are brass and copper, with a small selection made from 925 sterling silver. ・The freshwater pearls and natural stones used in our pieces possess natural textures and variations in color, which are not considered defects. ・Some pieces incorporate glass or crystal. Please handle with care when wearing. ・As items are custom-made by hand, they are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period, and returns based on personal subjective reasons are not accepted. ・Color variations may occur due to photography effects and screen settings. All products are subject to the actual item. . / Product Care Instructions ・Beaded items require minimal maintenance. When not worn, store them in a sealed package. If cleaning is needed, simply wipe with a clean cloth. ・If you live in a humid environment, it is advisable to regularly use a dehumidifier in your storage area. ・Brass, copper, and sterling silver will naturally oxidize over time. For brass and copper, gentle brushing with toothpaste and a toothbrush can help restore their original appearance, and polishing with a brass cleaner yields even better results. For sterling silver, using a silver polishing cloth or cream is recommended to restore its shine. ・Avoid wearing jewelry while bathing in hot springs or swimming in pools. ・Freshwater pearls and natural stones should be kept away from chemical contact, such as detergents.
