Warranty and Notes:
1. In compliance with consumer protection laws, the appreciation period after the goods arrive is limited to unopened goods and is not a product trial period.
2. This store is for personal privacy products and cannot accept returns once "opened" or "used". We apologize for any inconvenience.
3. Defective new products and defects caused by non-human damage will be replaced and returns will not be accepted.
4. For the shipping costs incurred by exchanging goods during the warranty period, it will be determined based on the circumstances whether the consumer has the right to pay round-trip shipping costs.
5. Returned goods must be in brand new condition and unopened. Returned goods must be properly packaged in the original delivery box. Do not damage the outer box, do not paste stickers or write on the original packaging.

7. During the warranty period, if the product itself has defects or malfunctions (non-human factors or external force damage), since the product is a personal and private product and there are health concerns, the warranty will only replace the product with a new one and not repair it.
8. If the product itself is defective during the appreciation period, the shipping fee will be provided by our company. If it exceeds the appreciation period, it will enter the warranty process. The shipping fee will be paid by the client and the venue.
