For budget-conscious clients, we recommend the standard thickness ivory or matte finish, both offering a good basic thickness. *The premium ivory paper may show white paper fibers along the cut edges during trimming (in simple terms, the edges might appear slightly rough or white).* *If opting for single-sided printing, please note that the back will be plain white with no printing.* // Photo Selection // Please avoid photos where faces are too small. The print resolution will not be as sharp as what you see on your phone screen. If you're unsure how to choose, you can send us the photos for advice :) // About Color Difference // Each phone screen has different brightness and color settings, and during printing, the ink absorption by different paper types can cause color variations. Both factors can lead to a 10% discrepancy between the printed color and the digital proof, which is normal. Additionally, choosing unique colors (like nude, coral pink, reddish-orange, beige, etc.) may also result in slight color variations on each card. We will do our best to minimize this, but please review and confirm your acceptance before ordering. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to color differences 🙏 // About Order Timing // Shipping typically takes 14-20 business days. Special materials, dimensions, or finishes may add an additional 2 business days. Let's prepare for your wedding happily and avoid any disputes~~♥️ // Border Design // For designs with borders, please be aware that after trimming, there may be an approximate 2mm margin of error on each side. Even a slight error can make the border appear uneven compared to frameless designs. For example, this may result in uneven left/right borders or unequal spacing on all four sides. We recommend choosing bordered designs only if you are comfortable with this possibility. // About Returns and Exchanges // 1. Customized content and color-specific products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you wish to cancel after the draft has been sent, a fee of at least 50% will be charged, up to the full product amount. 2. For orders using cash-on-delivery via convenience store pickup, failure to pick up the order within the designated period will still require full payment for the product and shipping fees. 3. As printing is not conducted in a cleanroom environment, there may occasionally be minor imperfections such as dust or small black dots. Perfectionists, please reconsider. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for imperfections as minor as a sesame seed (please bear with us). If you discover content errors upon receiving the product, returns will not be accepted.
