Production will commence only after your satisfaction. **Product Information** Mug Precautions: ● Made in Taiwan, with a capacity of 320CC. Mug dimensions are 98mm in height and 82mm in diameter (excluding the handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside of Taiwan. ● Slight burn marks and air bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the firing process of the mug material and do not qualify for returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. ● When cleaning, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel wool), as these can scratch or damage the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Inclusions or small indentations that occur during firing are considered normal. ● Minor scratches or dust on the coaster surface are inevitable. Approximately 10% variation in the quality of the raw blank can be expected for each batch. The ink absorption in the pores of the coasters may vary. This is particularly noticeable with pink or dark backgrounds, where uneven color patches or cloudy spots may appear. These conditions are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you accept these characteristics before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes in a gift box. The anti-slip pads are attached by hand and may be slightly misaligned. Product images are synthetic mock-ups for reference only. The actual color and proportions of the finished product may vary slightly and will be subject to the actual finished item. This product is custom-made. Production time begins the day after payment is completed and takes 7-10 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside of Taiwan.
